Accountability
We maintain our accountability by having a Data Protection Officer oversee our policies in place and ensure we are compliant to the data protection regulations, including the management of any access rights requests. We Fund Together Data Policies are reviewed and updated regularly and our staff our all trained on data protection and security every year.
Lawfulness, fairness and transparency
Any data Fundraising Boxes collects is easily accessible and easy to understand.
Purpose limitation
We use the data attained for a specific purpose and it will not be processed for any other reason.
Data minimisation
We will only process the data we actually need to fulfil the customer’s order.

Our staff are highly qualified and maintain data to a high quality. All reasonable steps are taken to erase or rectify inaccurate data without delay.
Storage limitation
We will not keep data for longer than is necessary. We retain your information for a period of 6 years for purposes related to Revenue requirements or otherwise permitted by applicable laws related to the revenues commissioner requirements. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our system.

Our onsite technical team ensures that appropriate security measures are in place to prevent data from being compromised by any external and internal treats.
Data Processing Agreement
We understand that according to Article 28(3) of the GDPR there must be a written contract between the processor and the controller, which clearly sets out the subject matter and duration of the processing, the nature and purpose of the processing, the type of personal data and categories of data subjects and the obligations and rights of the controller.
We Fund Together provides you with a Privacy Notice that meets the requirements set out in the GDPR. All of our data processing procedures are integrated within the platform. We Fund Together can provide you with a detailed report of every action you make on the platform. You can always visualise what you have and haven't done with the data on your account and be fully confident that you are compliant with the data protection and privacy law. We Fund Together handles very little data in order to fulfil your purchase. Article 25(2) of the GDPR “we only process the data that is necessary for the purpose”.
